- The Planning Stage Our customer for this job was a returning customer which we really appreciated. He had just moved into this new property in Thornton-Cleveleys and gave us a call to discuss installing both his new kitchen and two bedrooms which of course were happy to assist with. After a site visit and planning session, our customer had decided on the colour and design of his new fitted master bedroom which included a long run of wardrobes, multiple draw sets and a over the bed fitted unit.
- The Manufacturing
This job required a large amount of wood sheets that we were to cut down, so the first job was having the materials delivered. Once we had all the materials in our workshop, we began cutting the large sheets down to size from the cutting list that we generated with the design of the units and wardrobes. We then had the task of fixing the panels together to create our units, to finish them off we would install high quality doors and soft close hinges to ensure the highest of quality. - The Installation This large installation began by transporting all of the materials, units and tools to site. Once we had all of the material and equipment we needed, we set out installing the framework for the wardrobes ready for the interior shelves, draws and doors to be installed. Throughout this installation, it was imperative that we kept our work level and precise which would allow the wardrobes and units to be secure and the doors to hang correctly.
- The Handover
Once we had installed all of the wardrobes, draw sets and interiors, it was time to introduce our customer to his new fitted bedroom. For more information on kitchen installations by Jemcraft, contact us
